Returns

In accordance to the E.U. regulations the Customer can the may withdraw without justification and return the order. The period during which Customers may withdraw is 10 days from the moment the package is delivered. In order to return the package, a request needs to be sent at  orders@decospresso.com and the package needs to be shipped intact. The Customer covers the return shipping costs. 

Complaints

We make our best in delivering top quality and undamaged products. In case the product delivered to you has some physical deffects, you can file a complaint within 10 days of the delivery date.  In order to return the package, a request needs to be sent at  orders@decospresso.com and the package needs to be shipped to:
